The county children’s government leadership structured
a meeting morning at the governor’s office in order to carve up with the
governor, their manifestos, expectations, challenges and probable solutions
they could have to better their schools and Education improvement.
The county children’s government leadership urge the
governor to help them to tackle the issues like inclusive learning, health and nutrition,
equity and equality, environment safety where they talk of insecurity crisis in
their schools.
They also beg if the county government of turkana could
allocate at least one Kenya police reserve officer in each school since the
problem of insecurity is a sombre that had been affecting our county for many
years.
They also talk of their rights that they should also
be painstaking and given, predominantly the right of education. They urge the
governor to capture their voices.
