The land
dispute between Bishop Mahon Primary School committee and Zara networks company
that attracted attention of the community, the County Executive of
Lands minister Peter Lokol said that the issue has to be discussed and decision
reached by the two disputing parties after consultations and documents perused
to determine the legal owner of the land.
During the afternoon session, minister in the
ministry of lands Turkana county Mr. Peter Lokol either reiterated that the
pending matter is on the process to be settled as the construction of the tower
is stalled until further notice.
