The Lodwar referral hospital received drugs
worthy fourty million. Speaking to Radio Akicha the Health minister Mrs.Jane Ajele said that the drugs which were bought by the Turkana county government will help the
residents since the cost will be lowered and also urged residents to not listen
to rumours that the hospital has a
shortage.
Hon Ajele thanked the governor His Excellence.
Josphat Nanok and added that Kapedo,
Katilu, Lokitang’ Kakuma and Lopinding’ among other health centers will benefit
from this programme. She also added that the hospital also received new freezers
which will be used to preserve drugs.
The Chief
officer in the Hospital Agnes Mana added that they also received special drugs for curing
snake and dog bites.
