The faithfuls of St. Augustine's Cathedral parish have been urged to unite in dealing with issues of the County despites their Biological background since they have one creator who is God.
His lordship Bishop Dominic Kimengich, the bishop of the diocese of lodwar called upon all the faithfuls to be witnesses of Jesus Christ in their day to day lives. He said that God has called all of them in different ways and that is why they are in their specific responsibilities. His Lordship urged all to follow and live their respective calls since God is always in control of their lives.He informed the faithfuls that they needed someone to help them understand their various Calls since God's call needs prayers and consultations. He challenged them to live their Christianity. He said that there are various characters of people who listen to the word of God, those who fit in the crowd, the Apostles and finally the Disciples.
