The quarter finals of the mahon cup tournament continued this evening in a
match that was played at the prisons ground. The defending champions were held in a goalless draw in the first half by the underdogs.
However they were able to re-organize themselves in the second half by
displaying a wonderful piece of football which lead them to hammering
Nawoitorong 3-0. The first goal came of the 57minute through a controversial penalty kick-out which was taken by Ruto Henry.
Arshaving Andawa struck twice at 74 and 81minutes which meant trouble to Nawoitorong FC .The game will enter the semi-finals stage tomorrow where stateside will take on mahon fc while Nakwamekwi struggle it out with Kanamkemer FC.
