Fr. Evans
Linus Ekai has challenged all people to be good shepherds as they usher in the
new year of 2016 and allow Christ to guide them in their plans. Speaking today
morning at St. Augustine’s Cathedral church lodwar, Fr.Evans said that people
need to be merciful so that the mercy of God becomes meaningful in their lives.
He called upon all to be good stewards of all that has been entrusted to their
care.
Fr. Ekai
said that people need to actualize their plans and dreams that have been
planned in this year of 2016 and try to be realistic. He urged the residents of
Turkana county to be vigilant and hold the leaders accountable in their
assignments and all that they promised to offer to them. He challenged leaders
to be visionary and focused and above all live their talk and act. He said that
good leadership starts in the family and spreads to other areas where one has
the responsibility. He wished all God’s blessings and unity of purpose in the
year.
