Christ has
told the people in the scriptures of today not to be afraid for he is with them
in their lives and all that they do. Speaking in a mass during his
homily, the visiting priest Fr. Sixbert Kiondo who is the parish priest of
Kangatosa Parish said that people have fears in their lives which they need to
shan away from them for Christ is with them.
He said this at St. Augustine’s
Cathedral church in the mass that was led by pupils from St. Monica Girls
primary and St. Augustine’s boys primary and nursery schools as they open their
schools with mass this term.
Fr. Kiondo
urged all to love one another for God himself is love. He said that one cannot
pretend to love and serve God if one does not love his or her neighbor. He
encouraged all to love one another and above all be optimistic in life so as
not to live in fear. He said that when one puts his/her plans before God
everything will be fine.
