A security
guard was found dead by the Lodwar main bridge. Confirming the
incident, OCPD Turkana
central Joel kirui said that a male adult aged 50 yrs who was a guard at Ministry
of Education was found lying offside the road near Turkwel bridge along Lodwar
Kanamkemer Road.
The OCPD
however added that the body had bruises on the right jaw believed to have been
hit by the blunt object.
OCPD is
appealing to anyone with information to inform the police officers as
investigation is still going on, the body was taken to Lodwar referral mortuary
pending autopsy.
All people
are warned to be vigilant in case they suspect anything to report to the police
station.
