A body of a 19 year old man was today found 500 kilometres away from kanamkemer village, with deep cuts .The body was discovered by children who had been sent to fetch firewood,when the children saw the body they rushed to their parents and told them who later alerted the community and called the police.It is believed that Victor Otieno was attacked by a customer he was ferrying.A close friend to Otieno told the police that the last time he saw his friend was on Saturday when he borrowed him his motorbike keys to drop a customer.Its alleged that the customer turned on him and killed him before making away with the motorbike.Amongst the things found at the scene were white sport shoes,,a spade and scratch card which were taken by the police.
Until his brutal murder,Victor Otieno was living with his grandmother at Nakwamekwi village after his parents passed away. The police took the body to the mortuary and investigations are underway as to why he was killed. For now the case is being treated as robbery.
