The FKF Jamuhuri cup which started
yesterday ended today when Kenya celebrated 50 years after Independence in the semifinals
Pirates 09 defeated Earth movers 5-4 in the penalty shootout after the draw of
1-1 in the normal time at Lodwar primary. At prison ground Nawoitorong defeated
super united 10goals to 9 in the penalty shootout after they also held in the
goalless draw. The finals that were played at prison ground attracted more than
500 fans the game kicked off at 4.00pm the two teams which played the Nurzarine
Tournament finals made again in the Jamuhuri cup. Nawoitorong opened there goal
in the second half and pirates equalized after 5 minutes after awarded a penalty
the game ended 1-1 and faced to to go to penalty shootout and Pirates won 5-4
