The
residents of Turkana County joined her excellence the first lady of Kenya, Mrs.
Margret Kenyatta and other county leaders, in the flagging off of the mobile
clinic for the beyond zero initiative, earlier today at the moi garden ground
in Lodwar town.
This
is the 8th fully equipped mobile clinic launched since the beginning
of the beyond zero initiative which is aimed at eradicating infant and mother
mortality and also bring solutions to health problems such as HIV.
The
launch which is also supported by Tullow Oil Company and the Turkana county
government is seen as a solution to the health problems in the county
especially to those living far away from the health centers.
